Three oil depots, a drone base and two radars struck on 24 September
Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces reported strikes on three Russian oil depots dated 24 September 2026: Oskolneftesnab and the Stoylensky GOK depot in Stary Oskol, and Liskinskaya in Liski. Separately, the General Staff reported strikes on a drone site, two radars and a military fuel depot on 23–24 September.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed strikes on Russian military infrastructure in the occupied parts of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.
Update added on 28 September: the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces published a named list on 26 September, explicitly dating the three oil-depot strikes to 24 September. The extent of damage was not specified.
Other preliminary reports concerning depots in the Kagalnitsky district and Novotitarovskaya were not counted for this date.
Oskolneftesnab oil depot
The Unmanned Systems Forces listed Oskolneftesnab among the 413th Regiment’s strikes dated 24 September. No facility-specific damage assessment was provided.
Stoylensky GOK oil depot
The same report separately named the Stoylensky mining and processing plant’s oil depot. The strike date was 24 September; the extent of damage was not specified.
Liskinskaya oil depot
The Unmanned Systems Forces also named Liskinskaya among facilities struck by the 413th Regiment on 24 September. Specific damage details were not published.
Attack-UAV storage and launch site
Near Donetsk, the Defence Forces struck a Russian site used to store, prepare and launch attack drones.
The General Staff reported a hit on the target. The results of the strike are being assessed.
35N6 Kasta and P-18 radar stations
A 35N6 Kasta radar station was struck near Chekhohrad in the occupied part of Donetsk Oblast.
Another strike hit a P-18 radar station near Yakymivka in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Fuel and lubricants depot
Ukrainian forces struck a Russian fuel and lubricants depot near Velyka Bilozerka.
The effects of the strike and the extent of the damage are being assessed.
Summary for 24 September
Three oil depots named in the later Unmanned Systems Forces report have been recorded under the date of the strikes. Other preliminary depot reports, radars and insufficiently identified operational sites are not counted.
Revised totals after 24 September: at least 826 strikes in 2026 and 39 in September.
